FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: multilayer wear- and heat-resistant vacuum-plasma coating of automatic injection machine injection assembly extrusion screw consists of adhesion layer of titanium, zirconium and iron at the following ratio of components, in wt %: titanium - 89.0-89.6, zirconium - 7.0-7.3, iron - 2.4-2.7, and intermediate layer of titanium, zirconium, aluminium and iron nitrides at the following ratio of components, in wt %: titanium - 81.5-83.2, zirconium - 6.7-7.5, aluminium - 8.9-9.3, iron - 1.2-1.7, and final layer of titanium, zirconium, and aluminium at the following ratio of components, in wt %: titanium - 75.4-76.0, zirconium - 10.0-11.6, aluminium - 13.4-14.0. ^ EFFECT: higher adhesive strength, higher efficiency of automatic injection machine. |
