FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used for treatment of chronic uveitis. In the process of treatment values of change of indices of blood flow of maximal systolic blood flow rate Vs, minimal diastolic blood flow rate Vd and index of peripheral resistance Ri are registered by means of ultrasound Dopplerography. Therapy is estimated as efficient if each of values reaches o=set values in basins of ophthalmic artery, central retinal artery and posterior branches of short ciliary arteries. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine efficiency of performed therapy aimed at improvement of blood flow in basins of arteries mentioned above. ^ 2 ex |
