A pottable fish cleaning table for removably mounting within a boat is described, wherein. the table mounts to the boat walls by two suction cups, the suction cups being pivotally mounted to two cams, which are mounted to a back plate. The fish cleaning board is foldably mounted to the back plate by hinges. The cams permit the table portion to tilt relative to the suction cups mounting the table to the boat's side, so that the table remains horizontal regardless of the angle of the side of the boat to which it is attached. The table has other uses where a horizontal surface is needed in the face of a slanted mounting surface.
