PURPOSE: A system for issuing a building warranty using the Internet and a method thereof are provide to enable a head office of a member store to issue a building warranty for the member store through the Internet, thereby processing a building warranty about various works of offline types online. CONSTITUTION: A member store head office server(100) issues a building warranty online. The member store head office server provides a customer list online to distinguish whether the building warranty is genuine. A member store terminal(200) is connected to the member store head office server. The member store terminal inputs building information and customer information. The member store terminal issues a building warranty online. An insurance company terminal(300) distinguishes whether the building warranty is genuine. |
