FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Cut of skin, subcutaneous-fatty cellular tissue, superficial fascia in upper third of ankle in projection of peroneal nerve. Space between anterior tibial muscle and long extensor of hallux is exposed. Deep branch of peroneal nerve is exposed. Lateral part of tendon of long peroneal muscle is cut off more cranially than the place of peroneal nerve trunk entrance under tendon of long peroneal muscle. Cut off lateral part of tendon of long peroneal muscle is turned away medially and fixed to medial non-cut off part of tendon of long peroneal muscle. ^ EFFECT: method ensures prevention of disease recurrences, creation of conditions, preventing development of sicatricial process in space between anterior tibial muscle and long extensor of hallux. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg |
