FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of homopolymers or copolymers of (meth)acrylic acid or copolymers with 30-40 carbon atoms with dicarboxylic acid anhydrides with ethylene unsaturation with 4-6 carbon atoms as additives in ceramic mixtures, mainly loam soil and clay, meant for production of ceramics used in construction, such as bricks and roofing tiles, as well as to ceramic mixtures containing said additives. Ceramic mixtures containing loam soil or clay and 0.01-5 wt % (in terms of solid substances loam soil and clay) (co)polymers of (meth)acrylic acid, containing: the basic structure of poly(meth)acrylic acid and, if necessary, 0.4-2.4 wt % isobutylene structural units bonded with the basic structure and/or built into the basic structure, or if necessary 5-25 wt % isopropanol and/or terelactone structural units bonded with the basic structure and/or built into the basic structure, where total mass of the structural units in the (meth)acrylic acid (co)polymer is equal to 100 wt % for making roofing tiles or bricks through extrusion with shaping. ^ EFFECT: higher strength of articles. ^ 8 cl, 12 ex, 4 tbl |
