PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to obtain an excellent heat transfer effect with a small volume and enhance a heat transfer effect by controlling a flowing direction, a temperature of an outlet, and a flow rate of a second fluid. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a shell unit(100), header units(210,220), a plurality of tubes(300). A first fluid is accepted in a first accommodation space formed inside the shell unit. A first inlet where the first fluid flows in and a first outlet where discharges the first fluid flowed from the first inlet are formed in the shell unit. The header unit arranged in a side part of the shell unit comprises a second inlet where a second fluid flows in from outside and a second outlet where discharges the second fluid to outside. A second accommodation space is formed inside the tubes. The second fluid flows into the second accommodation space. The tubes are arranged to be separated in a longitudinal direction and inserted in a length direction.
