PURPOSE: A rod shaped rice cake cutting apparatus is provided to enable users to cut rod shaped rice cake into the irregular size and angle using a cutting blade coupled to a cutting chuck. CONSTITUTION: A rod shaped rice cake cutting apparatus comprises the following: a controller box(10) including a power on/off button(11), an automatic button(12), a manual button(13), a cylinder operation time setting timer(14), a moving speed setting timer(15), and a stop button(16); a piston rod(31) performing the reciprocal stroke motion by the operation of a cylinder(30) of a cylinder driving unit; a motor housing(60) combined to the bottom of the piston rod using a bolt and a nut through a through-hole and a screw hole; an inner space unit for storing a small DC stepping motor; and a cover screwed to the motor housing for sealing the inner space unit. A chuck hanging member is fixed to the small DC stepping motor, and combines to a cutting chuck(40) coupled to a cutting blade(50). |
