FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for reconstruction of transperitoneal colostomy in case of its prolapse. Skin around colostomy is dissected. Colostomy is separated from abdominal wall. Colostomy is submerged into abdominal cavity. Colostomy wound is extended upwards. Peritoneum edge in area of transitional fold is clamped and pulled. Peritoneum is separated from lateral edge of colostomy wound. Through formed retroperitoneal channel instrument is passed, stomated segment of intestine is caught and brought retroperitoneally into the old colostomy wound hole.
