PURPOSE: A double-sided frying pan is provided to check inside a double-sided frying pan in cooking because opening degree of the pan can be controlled. CONSTITUTION: A double-sided frying pan comprises a top plate(10), a bottom plate(20), handles(11,21), hinges(30,30'), and first and second washers. The top and bottom plates are coupled with the hinges. The bottom plate has a sill(23) fixing cooking frames. A timer(50) is installed in the handle and offers sound signals to notify cooking time. Degree of the top plate is fixed by a hinge through-hole and a fixing groove of the first washer. The second washer comprises a fixing protruded part, a hinge through-hole, and a stopping sill. |
