PURPOSE: A customized automatic response system and a method thereof are provided to offer a voice guide in a character voice which a customer selects from various character voices, thereby enhancing the customer satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: A customized service database(202) comprises personal characters. The customized service database stores voice guide prompts according to at least one personal character for the customized service and a voice guide scenario for the customer personalized menu. An automatic response server unit(200) provides a voice guide service with applying the voice guide prompts to a customer on a speech path. |
