FIELD: ventilation. ^ SUBSTANCE: drier for loose materials with a vertical shaft of the drier comprising several modules installed one onto another and multiple parallel horizontally arranged supply (2) and exhaust (3) levels arranged above each other at several levels (4a, b). Besides, the specified levels in case of the end side view are displaced at each level (4a, b) so that a diagonal raster is formed, supply levels (2) and exhaust levels (3) are arranged on diagonal lines (5, 6), besides, on diagonal lines (5, 6) of one direction there is only one type of levels, and on diagonal lines (5, 6) of another direction both types of levels are arranged in turns. At least at one level (4a, b) all levels of a certain type are displaced in one and the same transverse direction relative to the next levels of the same type arranged above and especially at each fourth level above them, by an additional value of displacement corresponding to the portion of the loose material flow. Another object of the invention is the method to dry loose material in the vertical shaft of the drier comprising multiple supply and exhaust elements, in particular, supply levels (2) and exhaust levels (3), arranged across the drier's shaft, in which the loose material is moved from the top to the bottom to the outlet, and is separated with supply (2) and exhaust (3) levels into flows passing next to each other, separate flows of loose material on their way from the top to the bottom are blown with dry air in turns from the right to the left and from the left to the right, and dry air supplied with supply levels (2) of one horizontal floor (for instance, 4b), is always exhausted with exhaust levels (3), arranged at the levels (4a, c) directly higher or lower, excluding the highest and the lowest levels. At least at one level (4a, b) all levels of a certain type are displaced in one and the same transverse direction relative to the next levels of the same type arranged above and especially at each fourth level above them, by an additional value of displacement corresponding to the portion of the loose material flow. Another object of the invention is the method to dry loose material in the vertical shaft of the drier comprising multiple supply (2) and exhaust (3) levels, arranged across the drier's shaft, in which the loose material is displaced from the top to the bottom towards the outlet and is separated with supply (2) and exhaust (3) levels into flows passing next to each other, in which flows of loose material at their way from the top to the bottom are additionally once or many times separated, and in particular, thus occurring separated flows are combined into a new flow of loose material, and such separation and combination into new flows is achieved exclusively by arrangement of already available supply (2) and exhaust (3) levels. At least at one level (4a, b) all levels of a certain type are displaced in one and the same transverse direction relative to the next levels of the same type arranged above and especially at each fourth level above them, by an additional value of displacement corresponding to the portion of the loose material flow. ^ EFFECT: due to special arrangement of supply and exhaust levels it became possible to develop a drying method, in which not only separate flows of loose material are alternately blown with air supplying from the left and right, but also jamming of supply and exhaust levels is excluded. ^ 23 cl, 4 dwg |
