SURGICAL DEVICE FOR TRANSANAL ACCESS TO PATIENT'S RECTUM

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgical device for transanal access to patient's rectum contains circular anal expender. Expender has cylindrical circular wall and connecting part. Wall is made with possibility of transanal introduction into rectum for providing opening for transanal access through it. Connecting part is located on proximal end of circular wall and is made with possibility of holding circular wall inside rectum. Anoscope contains first supporting wall, which at least partially determines working canal and aperture of window. Window provides zone of access to surrounding tissue from inside of working canal. Anoscope fits into circular wall of anal extender and has such a length that it projects distally from circular wall. Screen element contains second supporting wall and can be placed in such a way that it can partially overlap aperture of anoscope window in order to change its zone of access to tissue. Method of transanal therapy contains stages at which: device is introduced into patient's anus; circular anal extender is extracorporally fixed; anoscope is rotated and moved inside circular anal extender until lesion appears within zone (16) of access, determined by aperture (15) of anoscope window. ^ EFFECT: good possibility of visual observation and free working space are provided. ^ 16 cl, 17 dwg
