PURPOSE: A fog generation warning apparatus using a laser beam and an operation method thereof are provided to prevent an accident caused by the fog in advance by inducing a driver to drive safely because a guide line reflected to a tiny water drop in the fog is marked on the road. CONSTITUTION: A fog generation warning apparatus using a laser beam comprises a plurality of laser beam generating devices(110), a plurality of fixing devices(140), an optical sensor(130), a power supply unit(150), a control unit(160), a reflection plate(120), and a power connection unit(170). The laser beam generating device generates a laser beam. The fixing device fixes the laser beam generating device. The optical sensor detects a change of the light quantity. The power supply unit supplies power to generate the laser beam of the laser beam generating device. The control unit controls a power supply of the laser beam generating device. The reflecting plate reflects the laser beam generated in the laser beam generating device. The power connection unit connects a socket to use a plurality of fog generation warning devices adjoined to each other.
