摘要 PURPOSE: Doughnut type processed meat, and a producing method thereof are provided to uniformly cook material meat by cutting into the constant thickness, and to enable children eaters to easily eat the meat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of doughnut type processed meat comprises the following steps: chopping material meat selected from beef, pork, or chicken(S1); stirring the chopped material meat after salting(S2); filling the stirred meat into a molding frame having a constant shaped of the cross section(S3); compressing the meat in the frame for molding(S4); freezing the molded meat for 12-36 hours(S5); thawing the frozen meat for 18-30 hours before cutting(S6,S7); punching the center of the cut meat(S8); separating the cut meat into first processed meat and second processed meat, and coating both meat with batter(S9,S12,S13); and packaging the meat(S14).
