FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wire coiling devices and may be used in production of presser-shape reinforcing carcass spiral elements. Proposed machine comprises coiling unit with two cartridges for wire coiling and two clamping mechanisms arranged thereon. Every said mechanism includes two clamps coupled by appropriate levers with relevant cam control discs for controlling said clamps and squeezing the wire in coiling on cartridge. Machine is operated continuously unless termination of wire or outage for readjustment purposes. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, expanded performances. ^ 8 cl, 8 dwg |
