PURPOSE: A low noise both sides light emitting EL element is provided to discharge an electric noise and an audible noise to an inverter ground electrode by independently forming a single electrode layer for noise prevention between a first insulation layer and a second insulation layer. CONSTITUTION: A first EL(Electroluminescence) element is formed by successively laminating a first transparent electrode layer(20), a first fluorescent layer(30), a first dielectric layer(40), a first rear electrode(50), and a first insulation layer(60) on a transparent insulating substrate(100). An electrode layer(200) for noise prevention is independently formed at the upper side of the first insulation layer in order to reduce noise. A second EL element is formed by successively laminating a second insulation layer(61), a second rear electrode(51), a second dielectric layer(41), a second fluorescent layer(31), a second transparent electrode layer(21), and a transparent protection layer(300) on the electrode layer for the noise prevention. The first and second transparent electrode layers are commonly grounded. |
