PURPOSE: A user terminal and a method for connecting wireless resources are provided to prevent waste of transmission channels for requesting intelligent wireless resource connection. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal searches a cell(315). The user terminal obtains an SIB(System Information Block) of the best cell(325). The user terminal requests wireless resource connection by the best cell(330). When a T300 timer does not expire, the user terminal determines whether an RRC connection setup message is received before the T300 timer expires(335,350). The user terminal processes the RRC connection setup message(360). |
