PURPOSE: A soymilk producing device for a bean curd producing apparatus are provided to prevent the loss of organic materials and saccharides contained in soybeans. CONSTITUTION: A soymilk producing device for a bean curd producing apparatus comprises the following: a fixed blade(2) fixed to the bottom of an inlet port with an inlet hole for inserting fresh soybeans and water; a rotating blade(3) installed on the bottom of the fixed blade for crushing the soybeans; a first shaft(8a) located on the lower side of the rotating blade; a first main body(4) including a driver for rotating the rotating blade at the low speed; a first fixed millstone(6) including a transfer passage for falling the crushed soybeans; a first rotating millstone(6a) rotatably installed on the bottom of the first fixed millstone; a second shaft(8) located on the lower side of the first rotating millstone; and a first rotating millstone driver for rotating the first rotating millstone. |
