<p>PURPOSE: A drier paddle for treating sludge of a wastewater is provided to use martensite series metal thereby improving the abrasion resistance hardness. CONSTITUTION: A drier peddle for treating sludge of a wastewater comprises; a peddle body(210) molding the metal of the martensite series to the pedal shape of flabelliform; and a peddle buffer(220) combining the metal of the austenite series in the sector inside diameter of the pedal body to welding. The metal of the martensite series are STS400, STS410, and the STS420. The metal of the austenite series are STS304, STS305, and the STS310. The drier peddle is welded to a drier shaft of the wastewater sludge after making the hardness HRC 10 to 40 through the thermal process.</p> |
