FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises frame, ingot moulds arranged to turn about shaft and secured atop the frame and under it, ingot mould turn drive and support. Prior to pouring in molten metal, ingot moulds are heated by medium-pressure gas injection burner arranged in cartridge above ingot moulds. Paint is sprayed onto ingot moulds by double gun secured on aforesaid support. Ingot moulds are cooled down by 16 axial fans arranged in cartridges on support. After casting and cooling, ingot moulds are carried to ingot removal station by carriage equipped with motor and V-belt drive. ^ EFFECT: perfected design, higher reliability. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
