PURPOSE: A resource management system and a method thereof in a communication system are provided to efficiently use frequency band in a plurality of systems by share of usable frequency band. CONSTITUTION: System information is transmitted and received between a CE(Coexistence Enabler)(140) and a DIS(Coexistence Discovery and Information Server)(110). A plurality of systems uses a usable frequency band through coexistence and frequency share in a first frequency band.
