A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INFANT FORMULA FOR MAINTAINING COLOSTRUM COMPONENTS

PURPOSE: A producing method of modified milk for infants capable of securing colostrums components are provided to use sterilized processing water and mixing colostrums materials with fat at the low temperature for minimizing the heat deformation. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of modified milk for infants comprises the following steps: dissolving a protein source raw material, carbohydrate source raw material, water soluble vitamins, and minerals in processing water at 58-62 deg C to obtain a preparation liquid; dissolving fat materials at 48-52 deg C; inserting colostrums materials into the fat, and dispersing; mixing the mixture with the preparation liquid, and homogenizing; sterilizing the obtained preparation liquid; and spray drying the sterilized preparation liquid.
