ALUMINUM PRECURSOR INK FOR WET PROCESS AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An aluminum precursor ink for wet processing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply the aluminum precursor ink which secures stability by preventing precipitation of the aluminum precursor for over 30. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aluminum precursor ink comprises the following steps: adding AlCl3 and LiAlH4 to dibutyl ether(O(C4H9)2) and mixing the mixture; eliminating precipitate by filtering the mixture; introducing thiol which includes alkyl group having 4-6 carbons to the aluminum in molar ratio of 0.08-0.12 to 1 based on content amount of the aluminum in the solution.
