PURPOSE: A construction finishing material using yellow soil and manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to successively form a finishing material for construction by utilizing two net layers. CONSTITUTION: A grinding unit(200) grinds yellow soil. A mixing unit(300) mixes adhesives and the grinded yellow soil. A lamination unit(900) accumulates the composed yellow soil. A composed yellow soil providing unit(600) provides the composed yellow soil to the lamination unit. A net providing unit(400) provides a first net layer or a second net layer to the lamination unit. A transfer unit(700) transfers the lamination unit. A discharging unit(800) separates a finishing material for construction from the lamination unit.
