SUBLIMATION PURIFYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A sublimation refining apparatus is provided to increase the yield of refined materials of high purity by reducing the pressure difference of the initial sucking pressure of a vacuum pump and the inside of a vacuum chamber when a main valve is opened. CONSTITUTION: A sublimation refining apparatus includes a heating furnace(10), an internal pipe, a vacuum unit(50), and a bypass valve(70). The heating furnace includes a vacuum chamber and a heater. The heater surrounds the vacuum chamber. The heater secures temperature gradients along the flowing direction of fluid. The internal pipe includes a receptor and an acquisition pipe. The receptor is arranged at one inner side of the vacuum chamber and receives organic materials to be refined. The acquisition pipe is arranged at another inner side of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber includes a main valve(53) and a vacuum pump(51). The main valve is in connection with one side of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump is in connection with the main valve. The by-pass valve connects the vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump.
