PURPOSE: A search service providing apparatus and search service providing method are provided to reduce searching time and to improve the convenience of a user by creating a search result list. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(110) receives a key word from a user terminal. A determination unit(120) creates a search result list according to the key word and calculates the degree of association with detail search categories. A providing unit(130) displays the detail search category on the main display unit of a detail search category display unit in order to provide the detail search category to a user terminal. The degree of the association is determined according to the selecting history of the user terminal for the search result list.
