PURPOSE: A cigarette paper using tobacco fiber and a cigarette containing the same are provided to enhance visual image. CONSTITUTION: A cigarette paper contains a base material and tobacco extract. The base material contains tobacco fiber and cellulose materials. The tobacco extract is contained I the base material. The zeta potential is 0 mV to -10 mV. The cigarette paper(19) contains dye with dark brown.
