A METHOD FOR CLASSIFYING PLURAL TERMINALS BY USING A NETWORK TIME SYNCHRONIZATION INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A method for classifying terminals using network time synchronization information is provided to precisely and accurately classify and predict the number of IP terminals. CONSTITUTION: Time synchronization information of a packet header message is extracted by analyzing traffic of an NTP(Network Time Protocol)(S205). The time synchronization information is stored based on an identification value or an IP which are a key(S208). The stored time synchronization information is collected during a fixed period of time(S209). The number of time synchronization duplication is stored in a database. The number of time synchronization duplication is determined by the number of terminals.
