PURPOSE: A user terminal processing a user input command and an operation method thereof are provided to simplify and intuitively run application which a user wants. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal maintains a user input pattern table(402). The user terminal receives a text command inputted from a user(403). The user terminal exposes application list information corresponding to the received text command(404). The user terminal receives the selection input of the user for the application list information(405). The user terminal runs application corresponding to the selected application list information(406).
