PURPOSE: An inspection device and an inspection method for a vacuum insulation panel are provided to easily replace a vacuum insulation panel when the vacuum of the vacuum insulation panel is destroyed. CONSTITUTION: An inspection device(100) for a vacuum insulation panel comprises a gauge(130) and an indicator(140). A vacuum insulation panel(10) composed of a core(11) and an outer cover(12) is prepared. The outer cover surrounds the core. The gauge is attached on the outer cover of the vacuum insulation panel and measures force that the outer cover is pulled toward the center of the core. The indicator indicates the measured results.
