PURPOSE: A direct white printing method for direct printing on a tempered glass window is provided to remove the need for a UV process because no air gap is formed between a tempered glass and a printing layer. CONSTITUTION: A direct white printing method for direct printing on a tempered glass window comprises a plate making step(S100) in which a polyester mesh with a diameter of 20-30μm, an aperture ratio of 15-20%, an opening of 20-25μm, and a tensions of 1.2N/m or less is tensed on a frame, an emulsion coating step(S200) in which emulsion with a viscosity of 4000-6000cP is coated on the mesh so that lower and upper emulsion layers are maintained at respective thicknesses of 3-6μm and 2-3μm, an exposure step(S300) in which an exposure time of the emulsion-coated plate is controlled to 40-60 seconds, a mixing step(S400) in which particles of ink pigment are pulverized into nano sizes of 50-1000mn at the maximum pressure of 250MPa and a temperature of 20-60°C and the nano-size ink pigments are distributed with an ultrasonic distributor and mixed with the resin of ink, and a printing step(S500) in which printing the ink on a tempered glass using a squeegee with a blade height controlled to 25-30mm while controlling the thickness of the printed ink to 10μm or less.
