Said inlets provide for discharge of steam into annular chamber at oblique angle to inlet central axis. Annular chamber comprises first flow path with cross section changing from, in fact, ellipsoid nearby intersection with first inlet flow path to, in fact, rectangle nearby second inlet flow path.
