FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: two wings and a rotor are tightly fixed between casing walls. The upper wind in maximum thickness of its cross section comprises a dish to locate the rotor with a minimum gap. Two round walls of the rotor, between which there are blades fixed in parallel to the axis, are fixed to the casing on the axis or axles. The lower wind in the longitudinal section is fixed in the body parallel to the axis of the rotor rotation. Wings face the rotor with their more convex side of the profile. Rotor blades are arranged along the radius from the start of rotor discs circumference and have geometry of the wing profile in their cross section. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for efficient operation in case of small dimensions and small speed of flow, by increasing speed of flow and reduction of blades resistance to the flow. ^ 6 dwg |
