The rail is installed in a groove formed on a solid base. The rail is mounted and retained in the groove flush with the soil level or slightly over the soil level. Aside from the rail there is a gap for flange passage. The material called a filling material is placed in the gap outside the dynamic engagement of the flange and covers at least partially the gap, filling it at least partially.
