METHOD OF SURGICAL PREVENTING FORMATION OF CICATRICIAL UNIT OF FOREARM TENDONS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Flap on venous pedicle is separated on ankle with preservation on fascia of fatty cellular tissue layer. Pedicle length is formed equal to size of defect of main artery on forearm. Flap is brought to recipient area with reversal of vascular pedicle. Ends of flap vascular pedicle are anastomosed with ends of main artery of forearm. Area of surgery on tendon is wrapped with flap with its fatty layer facing tendon. Flap is fixed to tendon. ^ EFFECT: method ensures limitation of commissural process around operated tendon due to recovery of near-tendon cellular tissue and improvement of blood supply of operation zone, reduction of trauma. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg
