PURPOSE: A hydrogen generation apparatus for an offshore wind power system is provided to reduce the loss of electric energy by producing hydrogen without transferring the electric energy produced by a wind generator to a distance. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen generation apparatus for an offshore wind power system comprises a wind generator(110), an electrolytic cell(130), and a hydrogen storage unit(140). The wind generator produces electric energy from wind. The electrolytic cell electrolyzes the seawater using the electric energy produced by the wind generator. The hydrogen storage unit stores the hydrogen produced by the electrolytic cell.
