<p>PURPOSE: A device for easily preparing soybean curd is provided to consecutively boil soybean at a constant temperature by directly injecting steam in a soy milk transfer piping without a soy milk kettle, a pressure tank, and a sure tank connection-type continuous heating device. CONSTITUTION: A device for easily preparing soybean curd comprises: a steam boiler(11) as a steam generating apparatus; a steam piping(21) which transfers the heat of the steam boiler and steam(12); a steam control valve(32); a micro temperature control valve(33); a soy milk collecting container(41); a soy milk inlet(40); a soy milk feed control valve(46); a soy milk pump(43); a soy milk transfer piping(44) which transfers soy oil between the soy milk collecting container and a soy milk and uncurdled soybean curd coagulating container(51); a temperature sensing sensor(34); a soy milk volume control rod(52); and a proximity switch(53).</p> |
