PURPOSE: A method for preparing an activator of autotrophic denitrfiers is provided to maintain optimal survival condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an activator of autotrophic denitrifiers comprises: a step of filtering general water to remove impurities; a step of adding phosphoric acid solution(H_3PO_4); a step of adding an alkaline solution; a step of adding carbon source and adjusting the solution by pH 10.5-11.5; a step of heating and completely dissolving the solution; and a step of filtering the solution. The alkaline solution includes 50wt% NaOH solution or 50wt% of KOH solution.
