JIG FOR CUTTING A SLICED FISH AND MEAT

PURPOSE: A jig for meat scraps is provided to uniformly divide the volume of meat by automatically cutting the meat and by supporting the meat as a curved shape. CONSTITUTION: A main board(10) includes a blade fitting groove(11) and a meat scrap cutting accepting unit(12). The blade fitting groove is long formed according to a longitudinal direction. The meat scrap cutting accepting unit is formed to a direction which is crossed with the longitudinal direction. The meat scrap cutting accepting unit is eccentrically curved to other direction from the center of the main board.
