PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fiber softener using antioxidant is provided to shorten processing time and to ensure excellent effect in spite of a small amount of a catalyst and adjuvant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fiber softener using antioxidant comprises: a step of reacting oil containing fatty acid and tertiary hydroxyalkyl amine using alkali catalyst and phosphorus antioxidant to prepare fatty acid hydroxyl alkyl amine ester; and a step of reacting the fatty acid hydroxyl alkyl amine ester with quarternizing agent in low molecular alcohol solvent.
