PURPOSE: A holding member and a connector assembly with a connector connected with a connecting object held by the same are provided to keep a predetermined relative position to the connector by the engagement of the holding member engaged portion and the actuator engaged portion. CONSTITUTION: A connecting object(50) held by a holding member(200) is inserted into a connector(100). When an actuator(140) is turned over in an insertion state of the connector, a holding member engaged portion is engaged with an actuator engaged portion. The engagement of the holding member engaged portion and the actuator engaged portion keeps a predetermined relative position of the connecting object to the connector.
