PURPOSE: A pulsometer pump is provided to extend a lifetime of a pump by reducing noises and vibration while discharging fluid by a pulsation because impact generating when a rotational motion of a motor is converted into a linear motion is absorbed. CONSTITUTION: A pulsometer pump comprises a driving unit(10), a body unit(20), a cam unit(30), a cylinder unit(40), and a circulation unit(50). The driving unit comprises a motor(12). The body unit comprises a rotary hole(22) and a discharge hole(23). The rotary hole is formed in an upper body(21). A rotary shaft of the driving unit is inserted into the rotary hole and fixed. The cam unit comprises a cam shaft(32) and a connecting rod(33). The cam shaft is formed in a side of a connection shaft(31) fixed in the rotary shaft rotating inside the body unit to be slanted. The connecting rod is formed in the cam shaft. The cylinder unit comprises a piston(41), and a cylinder(42). The circulation unit comprises a circulation body(51), a cylinder groove, a circulation groove, a inlet valve(54), and an outlet valve(55).
