PURPOSE: An ozone water generating apparatus is provided to minimize damages due to ozone leaked to the outside of the apparatus and to reduce the discharging amount of ozone generated from an ozone water manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An ozone water generating apparatus(1) includes an ozone supplying pipe(10), a corona discharger(13), a water supplying pipe(20), a venturi pipe(21), a nitrogen separating unit(12), a mixing unit(40), a surge tank(22), an ozone discharging pipe(30), an ozone eliminating pad(31), a heater(32), a flux sensor(51), and a controller. The nitrogen separating unit is installed at the ozone supplying pipe to separate and eliminate nitrogen from air. The mixing unit increases the dissolved degree of ozone in water. The ozone eliminating pad is installed at the ozone discharging pipe. The heater is installed at the rear end part of the ozone eliminating pad. The heater heats and eliminates non-eliminated ozone on the ozone eliminating pad. |
