摘要

PURPOSE: A micropatterned nanofiber scaffold with controlled release is provided to control pore size and to simply control release of materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling release of a material in a scaffold thin film comprises a step of controlling the pore size of three dimensional net in hydrgogel. The pore size is controlled by regulating the molecular weight size of hydrophilic polymers for preparing hydrogel. The hydrogel is patterned on a scaffold in a well form. The material contains cell activity promoting material.
