PURPOSE: A light guide plate and a surface light source are provided to reduce incident light irregularity around a light source for miniaturization. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(3) comprises a base(4), a plurality of first optical elements(16), and a plurality of second optical elements(18). The base comprises a first main surface, a second main surface, and multiple sides surrounding the main surfaces. The first optical element is placed on the first main surface and is extended in the direction vertically to the first side of the base. The second optical element is placed entirely except an incident light area around the first side of the second main surface. |
