PURPOSE: An optical waveguide array device capable of lowering cross talk between channels by the insertion of nano particles is provided to lower signal cross talk between devices generated in the optical waveguide array device. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide device(10) comprises a substrate(11), claddings(12,14), a core(13), and an optical scattering layer(15). The cladding is formed on the top of the substrate. The core passes through a part of the cladding. The optical scattering layer is accepted inside the cladding and comprises a plurality of particles formed on one side of the core. |
