PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented food with enhanced useful health components is provided to use a cloth dipped in the health components for fermenting fermented soybeans and malted wheat instead of rice straws and pine needles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented food with enhanced useful health components comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials from beans or grains, and washing; soaking the washed materials, and cooking; wrapping the cooked materials with a cloth, a natural fiber, or a non-woven fabric dipped in the health components, and fermenting; and producing various paste using the fermented materials. |
