<p>PURPOSE: An insulation board manufacturing method is provided to prevent environmental contamination and improve effectiveness by recycling waste materials. CONSTITUTION: An insulation board manufacturing method comprises the following steps. Waste materials are crashed by a crasher(S100). The crashed waste materials are mixed by a mixing tank(S200). Adhesive is sprayed in the mixture(S300). The mixture is uniformed injected into the inside of a mold(S400). The injected mixture is compacted by a press to a fixed thickness(S500). The dry steam of high temperature is provided to the compacted mixture(S600). The mixture is aged at the high temperature and chemically reacted, so an insulation board is formed(S700). The formed insulation board is separated from the mold(S800). The insulation board is dried through the dryer for a fixed time(S900). The dried insulation board is cut according to standard(S1000).</p> |
