<p>The invention concerns a device for creating a vacuum in containers, both flexible such as bags, and rigid such as jars or canisters, for the preservation of vacuum-packed products. The device comprises a base body (11 ) and an upper body, or cover (12), associated to receive the mouth of a container to be placed in a vacuum and to be heat sealed, and in it all the pneumatic, electric and electronic control and management components of the equipment are integrated on a support plate (15) to be fixed to one of said two bodies and which are placed on and interface with the other body when the device is closed to be used, forming in this way a suction chamber designed to receive the mouth of a container when it is flexible.</p> |
